Alcoholics Anonymous Cleveland District Office is an Ohio non-profit corporation established in 1945 to provide a physical location for Alcoholics Anonymous servicing Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake counties. This is where the “Twelfth Step” phones are answered, and members can get AA literature and information. Alcoholics Anonymous Cleveland District Office is not affiliated with the General Service Office of Alcoholics Anonymous or AA World Services.
- As Sales & Service Associate, you will provide support to customers throughout the sales process
Responsibilities
General
- Greet and assist AA members and other visitors to office
- Help customers find and purchase literature
- Assist customers with checkout as cashier
- Answer phones
- Help with light administrative duties/tasks
Shipping & Inventory
- Pick, pack and ship orders
- Process orders in person, internet, phone and mail
- Restock inventory
- Bundle literature when new shipments arrive
- Other sales tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Self-motivation-Self Starter
- Good customer service personality
- Computer literacy with previous experience in data entry
- QuickBooks experience preferred but will train
- At least 3 years sobriety and active in Alcoholics Anonymous
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday, from 9am to 5pm
Compensation
- $37,000-$39,000/year
