The Cleveland District Office Meeting Schedule booklet has been in existence for years and today has over 800 active meetings listed in it. On average, we print 10,000 booklets per quarter (every 3 months) and thousands of people use it every day. While we are always updating it with the latest AA meeting information, it’s been quite some time since it has been given a proper layout and design update.

The current layout has been developed based on the feedback we have received from our members over the years. Our hope is that we can improve on how meetings are listed so that someone can more easily find a meeting in their area.

Currently, the booklet is broken down by:

  • Day
  • Area
  • Meeting Time

In the center of the booklet, it lists a Table of Contents (Figure 1), where you can find a list of all eight (8) Areas – each area covers multiple cities:

  1. Downtown Cleveland
  2. Westside Cleveland
  3. Northwest Suburbs
  4. Far West Suburbs
  5. Eastside Cleveland
  6. Northeast Suburbs
  7. Far East Suburbs
  8. Out Lying Areas

Right now, we have an opportunity to make any necessary changes and improvements to the booklet. I’d like to point out that we are not tied to any particular format. So, please help us make it better so that it’s easier to find a meeting keeping in mind that not everyone who uses the meeting schedule will be native to the area.

Our office is here to serve you – help redesign the meeting schedule! Please take a moment and provide your feedback!
