When ordering online, your payment will be declined if your billing address doesn’t match the address that appears on your credit card or bank statement. If your billing address is correct and you still receive a decline, call your financial institute to confirm your card is in good standing and that funds are available for the transaction. Their telephone number should be on the back of your credit card.
